每当读《双城记》时，这一段总会使我感慨良多。
当我们社会中的贫富差距愈演愈烈之时，当设计再无公平之言时，你们能想象
这是怎样的一个社会么?人们将奶牛人工受精，不停地灌激素，然后牛奶进入加工厂，加入各种防腐剂，成品牛奶贴上天然无防腐剂的标签送到商场，人们买来将这些防腐烂的营养放心品喝掉。这就是现代社会，一个吃住行都要担惊受怕的社会。过去看过一篇文章标题是：坚强的中国人。写出了使我觉得可憎可怕却也无可奈何地事实：中国人小的时候喝三鹿，上学的时候吃色素，长大了喝地沟油，到现在中国人民还健在13亿人民，确实强悍。我也觉得强悍，但是我所谓的强悍却不是指这个，而是素质，为了赚钱，资本家这是谋财害命。
现在人们出门人人自危，社会就在这种情况下矛盾越演越烈，何时才能到头呢?待在民主社会中，我们强调的权力呢?原来我并不相信钱可以主宰一切，但是现在我信了。爱在这个社会只能放大来找。
面对如此双城，我们愤恨，我们要改变，当社会处在这种病态的环境中，当在中国摔倒的老人扶不起时，我们要担起新世纪主人的担子。当一个年轻人因扶起摔倒的老人而被怨时，北大副校长放话了：你是北大人，看到老人摔倒了，你就去扶，他要是讹你，北大法律系给你提供法律援助，要是败诉，北大替你赔偿!于是，千千万万的撑腰体纷纷打出口号，于是，千千万万的年轻人在这个人吃人的社会中加入到助人为乐的行列中。
在如此的黑暗中，只有将放大才能找到的'爱放大来看!以爱为中心的同心圆，放的越大，覆盖的面积才能越大，就如同用一支蜡烛照亮一间黑暗的房子。空荡荡的一间房，一支小小的蜡烛就可以照亮，为什么社会不行呢?
当爱已成往事，世界将到末日。不要憎恨，抛弃杀戮，去原谅吧，一起来爱吧，当贵族与平民陷入双城的时候，用爱吧，放下仇恨，抬头看看这蓝天白云，看看这还是很美好的世界吧。狄更新说过，鲜血是洗去仇恨，更不能代替爱。为了
